Tradition.
Everything began in 1771 with a foundry.
In those days, we produced devices for agriculture and forestry, then later machines for the textile and leather industries, turbines, crane systems, and steam machines.
At the turn of the century, the patent for the 'Theisen gas scrubbers' had already been handed in.
We have built machines for the production of steel wool since 1935. Since 1950, we mainly produce machine tools – cutting machines
and press brakes – for sheet metal machining. | In 1954 we had already supplied the first hydraulic guillotine shears and bottom bending presses.
We have also been manufacturing single machines according to the requirements of our customers since time began.
In December 2003 we agreed a sales co-promotion with EHT Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH, Teningen and TRUMPF Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH + Co. KG. The range of company products became coordinated.
