You can improve the value of your machine by making economically sensible upgrades. In this way, your machine is always at the forefront of state-of-the-art technology.

An important point is the consideration of the EC safety directives - or upgrading the machine to comply with safety regulations.

A couple of examples of what we can do for you:

• retrofit the backstop systems
• convert the punch clamping from hydraulic pneumatic construction type
• change the die clamping to pneumatic
• renew the crowning facilities, singularly or centrally adjustable

Safety is high on the agenda at EHT. Machine directives, machine regulations, EC regulations for users of tool equipment, safety regulations, upgrading hydraulic and mechanical press control systems with additional safety devices for increasing operator safety. We offer upgrades for optical safety systems of all the usual providers such as Lazer Safe, Sick, Fissler.

Your machines are brought up to date with:

• Sick V 4000 - Optical protection with Press Brake, the camera-based safety system for bottom bending presses
• Laser Safe - laser beam protection
• press safety modules - SEZ, GEZ, GTS are converted on the XPS module
• Sick/Fissler light barrier - light barrier extension in front of the danger zone

Repair service for all normal presses and shears
We subsequently overhaul machine components such as working cylinders, rams, backstop systems, frames, and knife beams of shears at EHT.
