SCHRAG Kantprofile GmbH: construction extension profiles with TrumaBend S 400 (TruBend 8400 ) – 11 m
Up to 10 m long profiles for roofing, wall and facade construction. Bending thin sheets with particularly large lengths. To make sure the sheet does not slacken and can be bent precisely and carefully, the machine is equipped with a special sheet upholding device at the rear and support brackets at the front. By virtue of only long and thin sheets being able to be bent, the production suffices with "only" a 400 t press tonnage. (sheet upholding device at the rear, support brackets at the front, special back stop system)
 
ALTHAMMER GmbH und Co. KG: pipe production work on TrumaBend S 2000 (TruBend 8020 ) – 6 m
Extremely thick sectioned pipes with up to 20 mm section widths are produced here in the very economical step bending procedure. In one single tool clamping, an almost unlimited number of pipe variants – with the same diameter – can be bent. Sheets with weights up to 3 tons, a special tool, a massive backstop system, integrated conveyor system for ejecting the bent pipes - this is a machine of the highest quality, customized by EHT!
 
MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG: fully automatic press brake bending of truck framework components
It doesn't always have to be a robot-controlled solution if we look at automation in sheet production. Those who succeed in reducing productivity improvements to a simple, common denominator (as determined by pragmatism), will come out on top in every conceivable way. The example shown by the strategic business unit for pressed parts at MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG in the Gustavsburg factory highlights this impressively.
 
HIAB Cranes S. L.: extremely flexible bending operations on the TrumaBend S 300 (TruBend 8300 ) – 3,5 m
Very flexible, high-precision bending with motor driven LCB (Laser Controlled Bending). The 6 axes on the backstop enable extremely flexible bending on this machine: unevenly formed sheets in almost every length conceivable, sloped bendings.
